Shiver amiibo
Shiver's new figure uses her Splatoon Raiders expedition outfit. Scanning it unlocks a corresponding Shiver-inspired outfit for the Mechanic. Nintendo has not yet published the official item name, individual clothing pieces or whether the reward has an additional challenge requirement.
Frye amiibo
Frye's figure uses her Raiders look and unlocks the corresponding Frye-inspired outfit. As with the other new figures, Nintendo has confirmed the outfit relationship but not a full item-by-item gear list.
Big Man amiibo
Big Man's Raiders figure unlocks a Big Man-inspired outfit. The figure is priced the same as Shiver and Frye in the US, although Japanese individual pricing differs because Big Man's figure is larger.

Nintendo has not announced combat-stat bonuses, exclusive weapons, Tank upgrades or gameplay power tied to these three figures. The confirmed function is cosmetic outfit access.
What do older Splatoon amiibo unlock?
Nintendo's English pages say compatible Splatoon-series amiibo unlock unique or stylish outfits. Nintendo Japan provides one additional concrete detail: scanning other compatible Splatoon-series amiibo grants Bait Waders (バイトウェーダー).
Do not copy Splatoon 3's figure-by-figure gear rewards into a Splatoon Raiders guide. Nintendo has not published a complete compatibility matrix showing whether every older figure provides the same Bait Waders reward, a variant, or additional content in other regions.
Are the figures required to complete the game?
