Lifeguard Splattershot Jr. is a nimble Shooter variant optimized for rate of fire. Its defining advantage is faster attack cycles against moving targets and groups. Exact damage, ink cost, and DPS should be indexed by weapon level, rarity, and upgrade rank rather than treated as one fixed value.
