LN2 Splatling is a high-capacity Splatling variant optimized for charge speed. Its defining advantage is a shorter wind-up before full-power attacks. Exact damage, ink cost, and DPS should be indexed by weapon level, rarity, and upgrade rank rather than treated as one fixed value.
