Rail Splatana is a balanced Splatana variant optimized for swing and charge speed. Its defining advantage is more responsive normal and charged attacks. Exact damage, ink cost, and DPS should be indexed by weapon level, rarity, and upgrade rank rather than treated as one fixed value.
